The Apostle Paul tells us in his letter to the church in Galatia, “For the desires of the flesh are against the Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are against the flesh, for these are opposed to each other”. As much as my flesh desires for me to give into it, Christ has called me to walk by the Spirit, His Spirit. I wanted, or actually needed, a constant reminder to walk with the Spirit in love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Who am I if I am not walking in these?
