Returns and Exchanges

We never want to be difficult to deal with as a company.  We want your shopping experience to be a pleasant one and we want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from Motivate Humble.  If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you will have 30 days from the time you purchased your product to register for a full refund or exchange for another product, size, and or color.  

Merchandise must be returned in the original unworn condition. 

If you are requesting a refund, your refund will be processed once we receive the merchandise in the condition mentioned above. Once the refund is processed, it will take 3-5 business days for the refund to show up in your account.  If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship (if available) the new product to you within 5 business days after receiving the returned merchandise.  If the product is no longer available, we will provide a refund.
